Do I need to sign anything before the first call?
No. The 30-minute discovery call and the 60-day written plan we produce are free. You only sign when (and if) you decide to start a paid engagement.
What size of business do you typically work with?
From bootstrapped startups doing their first ₹50k/month in ad spend to mid-market teams running ₹50L+/month. We size the team and process to fit, not the other way around.
Which services does Proofox offer?

Are contracts long-term?
No. We default to quarterly contracts that auto-renew. Two weeks notice to pause or cancel. Most clients stay 18+ months, but that should be earned every quarter.
How do you handle confidentiality?
NDA at your discretion before any brief is shared. Internally, every account has named owners on a need-to-know basis. We never publish a case study without your written sign-off.
