What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, company and the content of any enquiry you send through a form, by email, by phone or over WhatsApp.
- Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring source, gathered through analytics cookies where you have consented.
- Client engagement data. Where you become a client, the information necessary to deliver the services, including access to systems you grant us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you have engaged us for.
- To send you information you have asked to receive. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To improve our website and understand which content is useful.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards where required for tax and legal purposes.
