Why we exist
We were tired of the handoff.
The pattern was always the same. A brand agency delivered a beautiful identity. A web vendor built something that only loosely resembled it. A media agency then spent the budget driving traffic to a page nobody had optimised, and reported success in impressions.
Nobody was lying. Each supplier did their part competently. But the value leaked at every handoff, and the client — who could see the whole picture — was the only person without the authority to fix it.
So we built the alternative: strategy, design, engineering and media reporting to one lead, against one number. That is the entire idea. Everything else is execution.
How we operate
Six rules we do not bend.
These are not values on a wall. Each one costs us something, which is how you know we mean them.
Fixed scope, fixed fee
Written down before anyone starts. Hourly billing quietly rewards inefficiency, and we would rather be paid for the outcome than the input.
You own everything
Every account, repository, domain and source file is created in your name. Leverage built on holding a client's infrastructure is not a relationship.
Fewer clients, done properly
We cap how much runs in parallel. It costs us revenue and it is the only reason we can keep the dates we promise.
Measure what the CFO measures
Pipeline, cost of acquisition, revenue. Reach and engagement are diagnostics, not results.
Build for the mid-range phone
Most of India browses on a device your designer does not own. That is the device we test on.
