Home About How We Work
How we work

A dated plan in week one. An update every Friday after.

No black boxes and no "we will circle back". You always know what is being worked on, by whom, and what it is meant to move.

Phase 01 · Weeks 1–2

Diagnose

We go inside your numbers before we form an opinion. Analytics, ad accounts, CRM, search visibility, the funnel and a handful of customer conversations. You receive the findings in writing whether or not you engage us further — including anything we think you should stop paying for.

Phase 02 · Week 3

Decide

One recommended plan. Scope, dated schedule, single fee, and the one metric the engagement will be judged on. We present the trade-offs we made and the options we rejected, so you are choosing rather than approving.

Phase 03 · Weeks 4+

Build

Craft, Tech and Growth run in parallel rather than in a relay. You get a written update every Friday: what shipped, what slipped, what is next. Work in progress is shared as it happens — there is no theatrical reveal.

Phase 04 · Ongoing

Compound

Monthly reporting against the agreed metric, plus what we are changing next month and why. Quarterly, we step back and reset the strategy against what the year has actually taught us.

Working together

What we need from you.

Engagements fail on access and decisions far more often than on capability. These are the three things that actually matter.

One decision-maker

Someone who can say no. Committee approval turns three-week phases into three-month ones and dilutes the work to the point of safety.

Access on day one

Analytics, ad accounts, CRM, search console and hosting. We cannot diagnose what we cannot see, and delayed access delays everything downstream.

Honest constraints

The real budget, the real deadline, the internal politics. We will plan around any constraint you tell us about and none that you do not.

Working with us

The practical questions.

What does the diagnosis cost?
It is a fixed fee based on the size of the account, and it is credited against the first month if you engage us. You keep the findings either way — including the parts that tell you not to hire an agency at all.
How many clients do you take on at once?
We cap concurrent projects deliberately. It costs us revenue and it is the only honest way to keep the dates we commit to in week three.
What does the weekly update contain?
What shipped, what slipped and why, what is planned for next week, and anything we need from you. It is written, so it is searchable and nobody has to remember what was said on a call.
Do you sign NDAs?
Routinely, before the first diagnostic conversation if you prefer.
What is the notice period?
Retainers are monthly rolling with 30 days' notice. Project work is scoped and fixed. We do not use long lock-ins, because an agency that has to be contractually retained is not earning it.

Send a short brief and a strategist — not a salesperson — replies within one working day with an honest read on whether we are the right fit.
