Performance Marketing Agency
Paid media held to a number — cost per lead, cost per acquisition, or return on ad spend — with the measurement infrastructure that makes those numbers worth trusting.
What separates performance marketing from digital marketing
Digital marketing is the whole discipline: brand, organic search, content, social, email. Performance marketing is the subset that answers to a measurable cost per outcome. Every rupee is attributable, and the campaign either clears its target or it does not.
That accountability only works if the measurement is sound — which is where most engagements quietly fail. Conversion tracking that under-reports does not just produce wrong dashboards; it feeds wrong data to automated bidding, which then spends your budget optimising toward the wrong outcome. Fixing measurement is not preparation for the work. It is most of the work.
What we do before we spend anything
- Audit the existing measurement layer. In most accounts we find at least one of: a conversion action counting the same event twice, no server-side backup for browser tracking, or Enhanced Conversions switched on without the consent signal it requires — in which case Google discards the data server-side and the feature contributes nothing while reporting as active.
- Rebuild conversion tracking properly. Server-side events alongside browser tags, deduplicated on a shared event ID, so ad blockers and iOS privacy settings stop hiding conversions from the bidding algorithm.
- Check the campaign can actually learn. Automated bidding needs enough conversions per campaign to exit its learning phase. Over-segmentation — too many campaigns splitting too few conversions — is the most common reason smart bidding underperforms.
- Read the landing pages as part of the campaign. Ad relevance and landing page experience feed Quality Score, which changes what each click costs. A slow or off-message page is a media-cost problem, not just a conversion-rate problem.
Channels we run
- Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube, structured around intent rather than around the account tree someone inherited.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — demand generation and retargeting, with the Conversions API running server-side so results are not halved by browser restrictions.
- LinkedIn — B2B and high-consideration services, where cost per click is high and audience precision is what makes it viable.
Feeding lead quality back into bidding
For lead generation the trap is optimising toward form fills. The algorithm will happily find you more of them, and they can all be worthless. Uploading offline conversions — which enquiries became opportunities, which became customers — turns the objective from "more forms" into "more of the forms that were worth something". It is the single highest-leverage change available to most lead-gen accounts, and it is usually the one nobody has made.

Frequently asked questions
What is a performance marketing agency?
An agency whose work is measured against a cost-per-outcome target — cost per lead, cost per acquisition or return on ad spend — rather than against impressions, reach or deliverables. In practice that means paid media plus the conversion tracking needed to hold it accountable.
How is it different from a digital marketing agency?
Digital marketing includes brand, organic search and content, where results compound but are harder to attribute directly. Performance marketing is the accountable subset: paid channels with measurable conversions. Most businesses need both, because paid captures existing demand while organic reduces what paid costs over time.
What budget does performance marketing need?
Enough monthly conversions for automated bidding to learn — roughly thirty per campaign per month is a widely used threshold. Below that, especially split across several campaigns, bidding never stabilises and much of the spend is wasted regardless of how well the ads are written. The rupee figure depends on your cost per click and conversion rate.
How long before performance campaigns produce results?
Data arrives within days, but a campaign typically needs two to four weeks to exit its learning phase before performance is representative. Judging or restructuring earlier usually resets that learning and delays the outcome further.
Do you rebuild existing accounts or optimise them?
Optimise, wherever possible. Rebuilding discards accumulated conversion history that automated bidding depends on. We only recommend a rebuild when the existing structure actively prevents campaigns from learning.
Do you guarantee a specific cost per lead?
No. Cost per lead depends on competition, seasonality, offer and landing page — several of which are outside an agency's control. We model an expected range from your existing data before starting, and report against it monthly.
