Craft — Campaign Concepts

One idea, every channel.

A campaign idea that only works as a film is not a campaign idea. We pressure-test concepts against the smallest, cheapest format first.

3
concepts, fully stress-tested
1
idea across all channels
30
characters — the hardest test
The problem

Why this usually goes wrong.

Campaigns are usually conceived for the hero format and then stretched, badly, into everything else. By the time it reaches a search ad it has lost the idea entirely.

We invert it. If the concept cannot survive as a 30-character headline and a static, it will not survive the media plan either.

What's included

Everything in the engagement.

No line items discovered halfway through. This is the scope, written down before we start.

01

Concept development

Three routes, each tested across the full channel mix before presentation.

02

Channel planning

Where the idea runs, in what sequence, and what each channel is responsible for.

03

Creative toolkit

Master assets plus every adaptation the plan requires, produced together.

04

Landing experience

The page the campaign lands on, designed as part of the campaign rather than after it.

05

Measurement plan

What success looks like, defined before launch, with the tracking built to match.

06

In-flight optimisation

Creative refreshed against performance while the campaign is live.

What you get

Deliverables, itemised.

  • Campaign platform and rationale
  • Full channel plan with budgets
  • Master creative and all adaptations
  • Campaign landing pages
  • Measurement framework and dashboard
  • Post-campaign analysis
How it runs

Four phases, dated.

01

Brief

Objective, audience, budget and the one behaviour the campaign must change.

02

Concept

Routes developed and immediately tested in the smallest formats.

03

Build

Full toolkit produced in one pass, including landing pages and tracking.

04

Run

Launch, monitor, refresh creative, then a written post-mortem you can use.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

Do you buy the media too?
Yes — see Performance Marketing. Concept and buying under one roof means creative gets fixed in days rather than quarters.
How long does a campaign take to develop?
Six to eight weeks from brief to launch-ready for an integrated campaign, assuming production is not unusually complex.
What if the concept does not perform?
That is what the in-flight budget is for. We hold creative capacity back deliberately so we can react rather than defend.
Can you work alongside our existing agency?
Yes, and we do it regularly. Clear ownership of the idea versus the execution is agreed at the start.
